Over the last 75 years, many people have financially supported UMEI Christian High School. As Christians, we are called to be managers of the resources with which we have been entrusted (Matt. 25:14-29).
UMEI’s new Legacy Fund, then, exists to help the school live out God’s vision in the world through the work we do daily with our students. It is a stewardship tool where financial resources are set aside and permanently invested in ways that creatively extend the money for ministry beyond the school’s annual spending plans.
The Legacy Fund will supplement rather than replace regular giving and will add to the flexibility of UMEI’s mission. Please consider giving to the Legacy Fund, where your financial contribution will allow future generations to continue UMEI’s outreach.
In light of this years 75th anniversary celebrations, we would like to challenge each class to donate $750.00 collectively! Reconnect with your classmates and work together to raise money for your school! Bragging rights for the first class to reach their goal! Simply donate online or in-person and indicate what graduating class you are from.
75th Anniversary Time Capsule
One of the ways in which UMEI would like to celebrate our 75th anniversary is through the creation of a time capsule. Alumni and supporters are encouraged to purchase a box to put into capsule to commemorate their time or their children’s time at UMEI. Fill your box with any memories you have held onto, decorate it however you like, and rediscover it in 25 years at the 100th anniversary! Boxes will be placed in the capsule, sealed up and burried in the school until our next milestone year.
Be a part of something special and get your box today!
Purchase online or at UMEI. Boxes for pick-up at UMEI only.
